SHIPPING POLICY
Postage to the UK
All parcels are shipped within 3 working days. They are shipped via second class
'signed for' mail and should arrive within 3 working days of posting.
If you have a specific deadline for receiving items (ie for a gift, etc) please contact me directly
and I'll do my best to get your order to you in time.
A shipping notification will be sent once shipped.
If you do not receive your parcel within two weeks of the order date. Please contact me
for tracking number.
Postage to the US and Australasia
Please contact us before buying to find out more about the shipping cost.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, 3-4 during the Christmas period.
Postage to Europe
All parcels are shipped within 3 working days. They are shipped via second class 'signed for'
mail and should arrive within 10 working days of posting.
A shipping notification will be sent once shipped.
If a tracking number has been sent and the customer does not collect the parcel from the post office within
12 days and the parcel is returned to me, then the customer will for have to pay postage to have the parcel sent out again or the order cancelled minus postage.
Some parcels can take up to 3 weeks to arrive if they are held at customs for checks. So if you want your parcel urgently please contact me at the point of purchase to get prices for UPS guaranteed postage.
Correct Address
If an incorrect address is given on the order, please tell me within 12 hours as the parcel may ship the
next day. If an incorrect address is given the customer will have to wait for the parcel to be returned
to me and then pay any reposting costs.
RETURN POLICY
While I hope that you will be very happy with the pottery you've purchased, I do offer returns (excluding personalised items) for online purchases if you are not entirely satisfied with your order. Please notify me within 3 working days (blanka@bluespeckleceramics.com) and return the item within 15 working days. I will process the refund (with postage costs deducted) as soon as the order is received in the same condition
in which it was sent. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until I receive it, so please request proof of delivery from your post office and make sure it is securely packaged. Unfortunately I cannot
cover return postage costs.
If an item is received in broken or damaged condition, please send me a photograph within 5 days of receipt to blanka@bluespeckleceramics.com and I will be delighted to replace or refund it (and I will
cover the delivery costs), depending on your preference.
HANDMADE PIECES
All my items are handmade, therefore every one is unique. I celebrate the individual characteristics of each piece. No two items will ever be exactly the same. I do my best to match items to the pictures on made to order listings but due to the nature of clay, reactive glazes and firing process they will vary and may be different in size, colour or finish. Please be mindful of this.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All tableware is food and dishwasher safe however hand wash is recommended and will extend
the life of the pieces.
My pottery is high fired so will most probably be fine in the microwave however I am not able to test
a range of microwaves so just to be on the safe side I advise to avoid using them in the microwave.
Ceramics shouldn't be exposed to rapid temperature changes so it's best to place them in
a cool oven and let them warm up gradually as you heat the oven up.
MADE TO ORDER
All 'Made to Order' and commissioned pieces are made especially for you and take approximately
4-5 weeks. Upon receiving your order I will contact you to confirm the details and inform you of an approximate shipping date. If you have a specific deadline e.g. birthday or wedding gifts then
let me know and I will do my best to try and get your order to you.
