ABOUT US

Blanka Kveton is the ceramic artist behind Blue Speckle.
A graduate of the London College of Communication in 2010 completing a degree in Graphic Design. Taking up her first evening ceramics class in 2014, she quickly realised a passion
for pottery and new found love affair working with clay. Her tableware emphasizes simplicity in colour, shape and reflects her love of simple drawings, patterns and exposed clay.

Working as a part time ceramicist, each piece is individually hand thrown on the wheel in a shared studio in east London. Every dot, line and brush stroke is hand painted so that no two pieces are the same.

Creating unique works of art that resonate and form part of someone's daily life is a real honour and a big motivation
for Blanka.
